Patterns and observational skills

Objectives: Observe, recognize, and create visual, audio, and tactile patterns. Improve spatial awareness, hand/eye/ear coordination, and fine motor skills. Practice making logical connections, and using reasoning skills. Increasingly see relationships and develop generalizations. Build the basis for future learning of complex mathematical operations.

1. Make patterns with any objects. Take turns. Finish each others’ patterns.
